Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, please contact us at hello@moneyed28.com and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label for inspection and approval purposes. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and work with our supplier to resolve it.
Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review or compensation.

Products returned in used, opened, damaged, or non-resellable condition may be rejected.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to place a new order after your return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery, including dietary supplements, gummies, vitamins, and ingestible wellness products.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Photos of the item and packaging are required before return approval can be issued.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect shipment.
